Once we received your order, we will acknowledge and give you the account number and the price total via email for you to make the payment.

Payment must be made within 3 working days via maybank2u.com. Please email to treasuredkeepsake@yahoo.com once payment has been made.

Posting is done every Monday, Wednesday and Friday using PosLaju. We will provide you the tracking number for you to track your item.

While we aim to serve you as quick as possible, we will not be responsible should your item arrived later than expected due to delays or problems that are out of our control.
